I installed the plugin and wanted to add custom news feeds from Google or Bing.
Both feeds get the following error ( I changed feed:// to http://:

Diagnostic information
HTTP request failure
connect() timed out!

HTTP Transport:
string(12) "WPHTTPcurl"

This is a new wordpress install and on a Dev site thats password protected.
Is this a permissions issue?

Me too. I can't update my feed automatically. And why there's no update interval just like the previous version?

After using feedwordpress successfully on our school blogs, we suddenly have stopped seeing the add new blogs and the list of blogs that have been syndicated. I tried downloading and installing the upgrade, but no luck.I think they are still syndicated because when I check for updates (that button is the only one there), I see it check. Any advice for a newbie? Thanks

Hey Charles,

Thanks for the great plugin first of all.

we use it for some of our pages on theBig City Informer, but realized that it uses a lot of CPU power. Even on a dedicated server it is rather heavy. We already switched to cron-jobs, but it is still too much ;(

Do you have a planned date for a new version already?

Do you plan for the next version to include performance improvements or do you have any suggestions on how to make it use less CPU (maybe split the requests to update only a certain amount of feeds per cron-job or so)?

Thanks

I had it all working fine, but after upgrading both WordPress and then FeedWP, I am no longer getting any of the feeds showing up on the front page. What I get is:

Not Found
Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here.

I thought it might be my theme, so I switched temporarily to the Feedwordpress theme and got the same thing.

Help, please
